Public vs. Bespoke Khorus Sessions
Khorus offers two types of sessions:

Bespoke Sessions (Client-Owned Data) – Clients who create bespoke sessions own the rights to the data and insights generated. This data remains strictly confidential and is not published or shared by Khorus. Clients may use their session data in any manner they choose, including commercial applications, internal research, or proprietary development.
Bespoke sessions operate under separate Terms and Conditions, ensuring that data sensitivity, access, and confidentiality are tailored to the client’s specific needs.
User Rights & Data Removal

Users participating in public Khorus sessions have the right to request the removal of their contributions upon written request.

Bespoke session data is controlled entirely by the client, and any requests for removal must be directed to them.
Data Sensitivity & Confidentiality
For bespoke sessions, data sensitivity and confidentiality levels are determined by the client. Khorus will not access, share, or repurpose bespoke session data unless explicitly authorized.
To ensure informed consent, all users and clients agree to Khorus' data policies upon account creation.
