Welcome to Khorus (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your access to and use of the Khorus platform, including all associated services, features, and content.
By signing up, accessing, or using Khorus, you agree to comply with these T&Cs. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.
Definitions

“Platform” refers to Khorus, including its website, software, and services.

“User” refers to any individual or entity using the platform.

“Client” refers to a user who creates bespoke sessions or subscribes to premium services.

“Content” refers to all user-generated material, including posts, responses, discussions, and session data.

“Bespoke Sessions” are private sessions created by clients, where the client retains full ownership of data and insights.
Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Khorus.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Khorus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these T&Cs or contain false information.
User Conduct & Moderation
Khorus has a moderation system in place to review and remove inappropriate content. However, as Khorus is a user-generated platform, we do not have predefined guidelines to determine what constitutes misinformation, hate speech, or harmful advice.
Users must not:

Post illegal, offensive, or abusive content.

Engage in harassment, discrimination, or fraudulent activities.

Use the platform for spam, malicious hacking, or unauthorized automation.
Khorus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Account & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

If unauthorized access is suspected, users must notify Khorus at info@khorus.co.uk immediately.

Khorus is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.
Intellectual Property & Ownership of Insights

User Content – Users retain ownership of their contributions but grant Khorus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and distribute content shared in public Khorus sessions.

Bespoke Sessions – Clients own all insights and data generated in bespoke sessions and have the right to resell or redistribute these insights as they choose.
Khorus Sessions & Data Handling
7.1 Public Khorus Sessions

Khorus sessions are recorded and transcribed for research and analysis.

Public session insights may be used for open-source research, reports, or content publication.

Users have the right to remain anonymous and request content removal where applicable.
7.2 Bespoke Sessions

Clients retain complete ownership of all insights generated in their bespoke sessions.

Bespoke sessions do not involve the transfer of personal data—only opinions and insights are collected.

Clients have the right to store, resell, or redistribute bespoke session data as they see fit.
Termination & Account Closure
Advice Disclaimer & User Responsibility

Any legal, financial, or medical advice provided on the platform is given by individual users and not by Khorus.

Clients must use discretion when relying on insights from Khorus sessions.

Khorus does not accept liability for advice or information exchanged on the platform—these interactions are contracts between clients and users.
Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by UK law.

International users are subject to the laws of their own country, but Khorus does not accept liability for non-compliance with foreign laws.

Disputes must first be resolved through negotiation, followed by arbitration in England & Wales if unresolved.
Platform Availability & Changes

Khorus makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service and is not liable for downtime, outages, or loss of access.

Khorus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without prior notice.
Khorus may terminate or restrict access if users:

Violate these T&Cs.

Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities.

Pose a security risk to the platform or its users.
Users may request account deletion by contacting info@khorus.co.uk.
Updates to These Terms
Khorus reserves the right to update these T&Cs at any time.

Users will be notified of major changes.

Continued use of Khorus after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
